Relevance across occupations
As a psychology student, understanding culture and integrating it into my practice is of paramount importance. Dr. Livermore excels at distinguishing between cultural intelligence and the concept known in the psychology community as cultural humility. This distinction is crucial, as it enables practitioners to approach clients with greater sensitivity and awareness.
