How did the narrator detract from the book?

I'm not sure if there was a mistake, but well into the book there were a couple of fumbles by the narrator which weren't edited out. At first I thought I had imagined it, but near the end she actually stopped and started the sentence over. It was a bit irritating to hear little noises like swallowing as well. The audio should have been reviewed and edited.

Other than that, the narrator did a good job.
