Good short read on buying land
G short read if you were looking into buying land for hunting, camping, maybe building a cabin on that property, or farmland. doesn't go so much into if you're going to build property on that land. I think other books would be better suited for that. But if you were looking for land to enjoy outdoor activity or farming this book is a good read.

concise and very helpful
I found this to be easy to listen to and helpful for someone like me who is an absolute beginner to buying land 4 a home site and recreational purposes. I appreciate the authorsl including contact info for the contributors as well as the websites given. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I wish that there was at least one female contributor represented as I'd be more likely to contact a female broker being a female myself. worth the money for the read.

pretty good overview
covered a lot of the basics of land buying, spent some good time explaining timberland. pretty informative, was hoping for more on those looking to farm/ranch. maybe anouther book?
