Todo comienza la mañana en que Casasola, periodista de nota roja, encuentra el cadáver de un hombre degollado por una prostituta, amarrado a la cama de un motel. El reportero se ve involucrado en el misterioso caso de una asesina, que mata a sus clientes durante el acto sexual, y es capaz de imitar las voces que están dentro de la cabeza de sus víctimas. Siguiendo la pista de "la asesina de los moteles" Casasola y el Griego, un veterano fotógrafo, descubrirán, con asombro, que no es un simple caso para la prensa amarillista.
Están ante algo mucho más complejo: las personas actúan de manera extraña, como es el caso de Olga, la ex mujer de Casasola, que no deja de buscar la luz de las bombillas, o de Taboada, un científico recluido en un hospital psiquiátrico, al que le gusta comer libros viejos. ¿Será que los seres humanos se están empezando a comportar como insectos?

A los muertos no les gusta hablar de la muerte
Original historia macabra y fantasiosa. Me gustó que el personaje central Casasola, fuer un periodista de nota roja y no un omnipotente detective. La idea de una guerra potencial entre insectos vs humanos es escalofriante.
La narración es buena.

Great performance
The narrator was excellent! The book is well written, and has a good flow. it keeps you engaged. I didn't like the story line, and some of the insect dialogue is cheesey.
I can honestly say, that I enjoyed the book....

Bastante entretenido
El relato fluye y te vas imaginando cada situación, cada momento y pensamiento de los personajes. Por momentos te ríes, en otros te pones nerviosa, luego sientes alivio, etc. La verdad que muy recomendable historia y el narrador le da el toque correcto para que te enganches.

Excelente audiolibro para escuchar manejando!
La narrativa es fácil de escuchar y digerir pero al mismo tiempo es entretenida y enganchante por lo cual yo recomiendo este libro para escuchar mientras se maneja por un buen trayecto.

La Metamorfosis...
Buen libro, difícil de encontrar el hilo al principio, seguramente lo volveré a escuchar, conocí a este autor por la serie de televisión "toda la sangre" por eso compre este libro. El final no me gustó mucho, pero en general tiene buena trama, me gusta que hace referencia a muchas cosas de la cultura chilanga.

It was dark and weird, interesting and boring at the same time. This was not what I was expecting at all but I'm just not interested in this fantasy/horror genre
