Great guide
If you’re looking to set up an LLC but have no idea where to start this book takes you through step by step exactly what you need to do, as well as help with how to deal with your taxes, make tax savings and how to do annual filings. Great for beginners as it explains everything really clearly and covers everything you need to know to get set up and carry out annual filings.

Helped Me Start with Confidence
I was totally overwhelmed trying to figure out LLC stuff and tax rules for my new side business. This book laid everything out in a way that actually made sense. A great startup guide!
