Keto Solves Abundance of Ills
A ketogenic diet is definitely the way to go. and, this book provides an abundance of information about the benefits of moving to ketogenic diet. I can personally attest to its benefits. My type 2 diabetes is well under control, my high blood pressure is beautifully low and, the 40lbs lost hasn't hurt. :)

Great Buy for the New Ketoer
I shied away from Keto mainly because I didn't understand it. I decided to give it one shot and thought, if Mr. Moore makes sense and I can follow this way of life, then I am all in. From the moment I started listening to his book, I was hooked. This book gives you all the tools and motivation you will need to change your life. This is a lengthy book, and I am more than halfway through, and I have not gotten tired of listening to him at all!! He is a fantastic narrator just as he is an author. I have changed the way I am eating, and I feel MUCH better. I had brain fog for years and drank energy drinks DAILY, sometimes two times daily because I needed to have the energy to work and take care of my family. Well, since I jumped on the Keto train with Mr. Moore as the lead engineer taking me on a journey I thought would be full of confusion and he is lifting all the clouds of questions and doubts. Thank you, Mr. Moore, you are an inspiration, and I hope everyone listens or reads your book for a healthier and happier life.

Keto explained
This was the first keto book I read. Great start to beginning the keto diet. Appreciate Dr. Fung's addition and all the doctor added info. Jimmy Morre is very knowledgeable but his reading of this book was annoying. You have to tolerate it to get through it, but it's worth it to change your diet and get healthy.
