About this listen
Is it possible to remember an event from someone else's life? Jungian Past-Life Therapy is one of the first audio programs to examine the layer of memory that lies behind the curtain of our personal experience.
Dr. Woolger received his training in psychology and comparative religions at Oxford and London Universities and is a graduate of the C. G. Jung Institute at Zurich. In this daring session, he reveals a series of events that builds to a startling theory: that Carl Jung's work with the collective unconscious provides a basis for interpreting "past-life episodes". With clinical detail, Dr. Woolger describes many examples of past-life episodes in America and Europe over the past 20 years.
Additional topics include: a dramatic demonstration of past-life regression; how past-life therapy relates to meditation practice; phobias and causal episodes; Jung and multiple personality types; incorporating psychodrama theory; Ericksonian trance state; and much more.

Story
In Trauma and the Soul, Donald Kalsched continues the exploration he began in his first book, The Inner World of Trauma (1996)—this time going further into the mystical or spiritual moments that often occur around the intimacies of psychoanalytic work. Through extended clinical vignettes, including therapeutic dialogue and dreams, he shows how depth psychotherapy with trauma’s survivors can open both analytic partners to "another world" of non-ordinary reality in which daimonic powers reside, both light and dark.

Story
In late 1913, Carl Jung set out on an exploration of his psyche, a quest he called his "confrontation with the unconscious". In doing so, he would enter an imaginative state of consciousness and experience visions, a process that continued with varying intensity for the next 10 years. Along the way, he began drafting the manuscript of his legendary Red Book. The Seven Sermons to the Dead, or "Septem Sermones ad Mortuos", is the only portion of the Red Book manuscript that Jung shared during his lifetime.

Story
Marion Woodman believes that centuries of “patriarchal thinking” have stripped the soul from our inner and outer lives and placed the world in grave danger. In talks, workshops, and BodySoul Rhythms intensives in Canada, the United States, and Europe, she has urged us to engage with the unconscious energy that erupts beneath the surface of our best intentions, sending us where we may not want to go. In this lecture and through case studies, dreams, and myths, the Jungian analyst explores the hidden causes of compulsion in the lives of men and women.

Not for the faint of heart.
- By David on 08-16-18
This live demonstration (others are available) of Woolger's approach and method forms the highlight of his talk and is most informative and demonstrative.
Woolger focusses on the rationale behind his approach in building the listener up to the demonstration.
Hearing Woolger work without traditional and lengthy hypnotic trance induction demonstrates the efficacy of his direct regression method - a sort of affect and linguistic bridge combination that leads the client into a psychodrama to "Complete the unfinished story".
Woolger's contribution to the emerging field of PLR as PLT cannot be understated. This presentation is clearly the result of a well thought through summary of his decades of experience and offers a type of intuitive insight into the field that most authors do not achieve. Well worth the listen.
excellent treatment of PLT
