Also increase health benefits of your juicing recipes such as wheatgrass, whey powder, and aloe vera. With helpful tips on using juicing recipes for weight loss, including the juice fast, juice cleanse and juice detox. Awesome way to have an easiest and quickest way to transform your life!

Wow packed & noted with lots of information
I bought this book to have on hand to look at the recipes in order to make the juice for my new juicer. But I enjoyed listening to it also because I don't have time to sit still and read I put the headphones on and listen to this book doing things around the house. I loved all the nutritional information about all the fruits and vegetables. Very interesting. Glad I bought the audiobook and the hardcopy also. Looking forward to juicing at least once a day. As soon as I drink, one of the juices, my body feels the positive effects

Much better than other juicing books!
What did you love best about Juicing for Beginners?
I have read (and now listened) to several books on juicing. My primary interest is to get new ideas on fruit and vegetable combinations. I have juiced for several years and have the tendency to repeat a few core recipes. This book was great at providing me new flavor combinations. More importantly I like that it gave the nutritional information on a broad spectrum of fruits, vegetables and some herbs.

The book went into detail as to how each of the recipes targeted potential health issues.

The narrator did a great job at keeping the information flowing with great energy. This book is prefect for new juicers and experienced as well.

What did you love best about Juicing for Beginners?
I simply got this guide to use my new juicer. I love all the recipes involved and have been using them since I got it. So far so good and I would recommend everyone to try it.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Juicing for Beginners?
Anyone can get started juicing.To have true success with it, you had to follow directions right as they are stated. The benefits of juicing is also a win win situation.
