John Part 1 is the twenty-seventh volume in the “Heavenly Citizens” series. John was a Jew, a disciple of Jesus, and one of His twelve apostles. Of the four Gospel accounts—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—only John emphasizes Jesus as the Son of God. The other three Gospel writers emphasize Jesus as the Son of Man. Jesus is always God. He also became fuly Man circa 7 B.C. In studying the Book of John, we will get much more out of it by looking for the many occasions which lucidly reveal that Messiah Jesus is the Son of God.

We do this in two ways: we provide a few rules by which to govern our Bible study, and we demonstrate by example how to study the Bible. Experience is an outstanding teacher.
