About this listen
Jesus didn't come to give us a to-do list. He came to bring us to a place of rest! A place where we recognize and understand God's presence never leaves us.
I was challenged several years ago to stop praying, "God, fill this place with your presence" and start praying, "God, help people to recognize your presence is already here". When we become people who are aware of God, impossible things happen. It is my hope that this audiobook will make a real impact on your life.
It will challenge the way you view God and how you view yourself, but I cannot take the credit. Over the last several years, I have been greatly influenced by many men and women, and these words are a reflection of the influence they have made in my spiritual walk with God. This audiobook is an overflow of the council, wisdom, and encouragement I have received throughout my journey to sonship.

Story
Being a genuine disciple of Christ flows out of a relationship with him. It's about experiencing God's grace, not earning his love through performance. A real relationship with Jesus Christ will produce a follower whose life looks progressively more like his life. Romans 12 provides a relational profile of an authentic disciple: someone who is surrendered to God, separate from the world's values, sober in self-assessment, serving in love, and supernaturally responsive to evil with good.

Moved by this discovery, in a 10-year span, he read over 400 books on spiritual warfare and counseled hundreds of families under satanic attack, soon emerging as a spiritual warfare expert. Reclaiming Surrendered Ground represents the insights gained in those years of study and ministry, and it contains the principles he turned to repeatedly in counseling families.

Story
Kevin Myers, the founding pastor of 12Stone Church, a congregation of more than 30,000 active attenders near Atlanta, believes the reason we don't experience a transformed life is that we fail to grow up spiritually. We focus on developing physically, intellectually, emotionally, and financially, yet our faith remains immature and anemic. In this powerful new book, Myers offers a deep yet simple roadmap to a grown-up faith through understanding the whole context of the Bible, developing spiritual intimacy with God, and gratefully embracing holy obedience.

We’ve all seen the memes that populate the internet: live your truth, follow your heart, you only have one life to live. They sound nice and positive. But what if these slogans are actually lies that unhinge us from reality and leave us anxious and exhausted? Another Gospel? author Alisa Childers invites you to examine modern lies that are disguised as truths in today’s culture. Everyday messages of peace, fulfillment, and empowerment swirl around social media. On the surface, they seem like sentiments of freedom and hope, but in reality, they are deeply deceptive.

Highly Recommended!
I really enjoyed listening to Cory Rice's Jailbreak. Cory has a talent for teaching with relatable stories and his personal life experiences. I loved learning about the beliefs of a few other religions, something I've never taken the time to research. The book takes us from the religion we see and hear, to discovering who our daddy really is, to being able to live free knowing that we don't have to do anything to earn or to keep God's love. Cory touches on social media, putting on a front, labeling our identities, focusing on our struggles instead of our Savior, and how the enemy tries to keep us from reaching that place of rest in knowing that our Father loves us, and there's nothing we can do about it. Along with his moving message, he shared some great quotes (which are now in my notebook) and scriptures which made his and his daddy's message very clear and easy to understand. I loved it!!

A Vital Message of Identity In Christ
This book, and its topic: identity and digging into the roots of how and why people believe the way they do, is communicated very simply and effectively, to great effect. It is an important reminder of how the Christian's identity is to be grounded in Christ Jesus, and how that truth fundamentally shapes who we are. The book is a summary and explanation of grace vs works and how it is through the power of believing in Christ, rather than focusing on works, that leads to a life of freedom in obedience and life-filling relationship with Jesus. Jail Break ministered to me greatly as it is a vital message and reminder.

Grace beats sin every time!
This is one of the most spirituals uplifting things I have ever listened to. This book preaches the truth about how god doesn’t condemn nor does he approve of you based on works. Instead we win with god solely by just having a relationship with him. If you are in need of getting something that can get you back on track with your walk with Jesus, then you NEED to listen to this book!
