Totally worth a listen if you want more peace.
I’ve always been all over the place, and this audiobook made me stop and actually breathe for once. The tips are so simple, even I could stick to them. I feel less snappy and more present with my kids, which is huge. Wish it had more real-life examples for tough days, though. But honestly, it’s been a game plan for my chaos. Slow Down And Enjoy The Ride
Introduction to Mindfulness is an excellent audiobook. I enjoyed the fact that the strategies can be used in our personal relationships, work environment and community.
