Everything you need to start intermittent fasting
This book was AMAZING! I recently started getting into intermittent fasting but wanted to be more informed, I stumbled onto to this book and let me tell you im so glad i did it was packed with facts and different way of achieving my weight-loss goals now im feel better prepared to continue my journey i would recommend this book to anyone who has thought about starting intermittent fasting but doesn’t know how , and anyone who has been doing it but doesn’t feel like they fully understand how to achieve their goals!
