I paid a credit for 5 minutes?

I was totally aghast when after paying 1 full credit that the audiobook was only about 5”. How can anyone canary a full credit for such a short time? Not fair. I thought I was at least going to get an hours worth. I am requesting my credit back please. Thanks Donna.
