About this listen

Great book, but a challenge for executives
It's a whole different way of thinking and acting. Executives, directors and boards need to change the way they've been managing companies. Changing from company's stake holders to inside and outside stake holders and groups of interest beyond "the four walls" is hard for most of those who take decisions in companies and economic groups.
I really hope still be alive to see and important share of companies act really thinking in the long term and beyond owners and stake holders.
