It was especially comforting to hear from parents who have been on this tough journey, sharing how they’ve found some peace and hope along the way. It was also helpful to hear about simple tools and tips from Grief Counselors and Psychologists, that helps one to work through the grief. I found this audiobook particularly encouraging to learn about self-care; how to honor your child’s memory; and how to gradually start to rebuild your life after such a deep loss. It is very well narrated, and is highly recommended.
