How to Help You Help Yourself...
Sorry to sound harsh but... this was the biggest disappointment of any audible book I've downloaded so far. The title is very discriptive - but that's where it stops. The thinking is very dated and degrading to women with any initiatives. It also reflects poorly on men - they are made out to be lazy with no hope of succeeding on their own in this book.
Don't waste your time - really. If you want to be a stay at home Mom start your own business on eBay or do anything to help yourself.

Narrator couldn’t breath due to her nasty cold
Why? Why? Why? Would you publish a narration of an extremely mediocre storyline by a narrator who was clearly dealing with a nasty cold?! I want my money back. So gross.
