Learn How To Coach For Competence & Confidence
If you could sum up How to Coach for 100% Confidence in three words, what would they be?
Best book I've ever read on Coaching in Network Marketing.

Most books on Coaching are about performance Coaching. Ed shows you how to Coach for competence and confidence. When a Coach helps someone tap into knowing they are competent it significantly improves their confidence which then release some powerful emotions. Most media focuses on the great Coaches who take people who are already very proficient and helps them become a Champion. Coaching for competence starts at the other end of the spectrum about how to help people develop the basic skills they need to become proficient in network marketing. This book is a real eye-opener. I highly recommend it.

Nothing new
What did you like best about How to Coach for 100% Confidence? What did you like least?
This is a beginner level book for coaching and leadership. If you've had any training at all, this has nothing new for you.
What could Ed Ludbrook have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Made his point more quickly. This was a 20-minute book crammed into almost three hours.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
He has excellent diction and a very clear voice. But the pace of the voice honestly put me to sleep. When I awoke 20 minutes later, I think he was still making the same point...
Was How to Coach for 100% Confidence worth the listening time?
It would be worth listening to for beginners. I would enjoy it as a refresher if it were a fraction as long.

why coach for network marketing
This is explanation why you need coaching skills for network marketing and what is it 'coaching' that it is not teaching and not training. There is no step-by-step techniques how to coach. There is no structure for coaching. But there is some good points and ideas what is the learning process - from uncounscious incometence to uncounscious competence and other points. This is not a coaching techniques book
