Marc McLean has shared a couple of creative tips in burning fats. It’s evident in the book that he’s a fitness pro. While the strategies shared may not seem that all easy, I like his way of introducing his fat-burning methods and made them sound attainable with the right attitude and motivation.

Compared to other fat-burning books, this appealed to me the most. There’s not too much restrictions that’ll give you too much pressure and you end up quitting the program. No, the recommendations here are simple and reasonable enough. So, I’m definitely in!
