Awe love it 🥰
Very very well written. I was literally smiling majorly throughout the book. It was refreshing and enjoyable story. I can definitely and honestly recommend this book. HEA and the added part at the end with the other mated mates was perfect. Narrator did a fantastic job bringing the story to life with each character.

Love these dragons!
If you love shifter romances, especially dragons, this series is fabulous! Rico is the latest Kingston to discover his fated mate in Black Claw, and it’s definitely not an easy go at first. As much as Rico tried to ignore his destiny with Kara, fate had them colliding more than once, and Rico would fumble his way through their encounters each time. Kara is a great heroine, and my favorite in the series! She’s determined and self-reliant, trying to make a name for herself in a profession that is dominated by men. She isn’t frilly around the edges, but she’s got great sass and definitely doesn’t roll over lightly. She sure gave Rico a hard time, but then softened when she discovered they both have similar backgrounds, and Rico was trying to better himself. I was just as giddy as Kara was with the reveal of Rico’s dragon, Valor! Everything about that scene was amazing, and it was fun how the author tied in Kara’s reading preferences. As with every installment, a happily ever after doesn’t come without a hitch, and Rico’s plan to save the day allowed him to prove his love to his mate, as well as his maturity and growth to his family. Bitsy Hill returned as narrator for a second time in this series, and her performance shined again. Her voice was a great choice for this couple, especially delivering on the fiery spunk for Kara. Quite an enjoyable listening experience!

Entertaining!
This is the sixth book in the Black Claw Dragons Series, a Dragon Shifter Romance. Kara and Rico’s slow burn romance is fun, and entertaining. The characters are well developed. Bitsy Hill did a great job with the narration. #AudiobookObsession

Great narrative
Kara is the town handy woman. Rico is a dragon shifter who got into trouble and was sent to live with his family in black claw. They first meet at the gym where Rico defends her. Rico knew before he saw her she was his fated mate. But having a mate puts a damper on his plans. Will Rico change his ways? Will there be a HEA?

So meta! Not your usual PNR heroine.
Even though this is the sixth book in the series, I felt like I wasn't missing anything at all, having not read the previous books. I really liked the premise of the story: where the playboy dragon is given an ultimatum to get his act together or lose his trust fund inheritance. Kara loves what she does, but not the BS she has to put up with when dealing with prejudiced clients in her small town. That's when fate places Rico at her doorstep, answering a help wanted ad. They may have gotten off on the wrong foot, but she gives him a chance. As they work together, Rico starts showing personal growth, and Kara is slowly allowing someone to get close to her. When Rico finds her PNR books, things got meta. I absolutely loved her reaction when she learned about Valor! It was so refreshing how quickly she embraced everything, rather than be in complete denial. The intimate scenes were tastefully done, showcasing their love for each other. I liked Bitsy's narration enough, but found it difficult to distingush Rico from Kara and vice versa. Now I'm rather curious about the rest of the Kingston clan. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer
