Perfect dark Romance books
This book was worth every penny it left you on the edge of your seat while keeping you in suspense to see what would happen next. I would highly recommend this book, if you like, romance and drama.

I rated this book a 5 but I am updating review now that im on book 3. Im giving the trilogy a 3 overall. him being a jerk is still going on. I figured by now it would be a romance. I think I would rate higher if that made it 2 book and cut the filler out. I dont think worth 3 credits

Really enjoyed this first book!
Having picked up Ms.Wiltcher's work before I've been wanting to pick up this trilogy for the longest time now. As soon as this audiobook was announced I knew i had to listen to it! I started this audiobook as soon as i could and it hooked me right away! I really enjoyed this listen!
I've listened to Sarah Puckett's narration before but this was my first time listening to JF Harding's narration! These two were so awesome as Eve and Dante! I so enjoyed what both of them brought to this story with their narration and how their voices got me even more into the story.
This first installment in Eve and Dante's journey isn't an easy one. The ball got rolling from the beginning and I loved how I was pulled into this world. I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout reading. I really liked how it kept me on my toes wondering what all was going to happen every chapter.
With Hearts of Darkness, Ms.Wiltcher has created a great beginning to this story and I am already wanting more! I so need to pick up more audiobooks narrated by Sarah Puckett and JF Harding in the near future as well! I can't wait to get into the second installment in the Santiago Trilogy, Hearts Divine soon!

Mafia romance is not my usual thing but I am totally hooked on Dante & Eve’s story. I can’t wait for the rest of this trilogy to be released on audible 😍.
Catherine Wiltcher is a new to me author that has really impressed me. Here’s hoping more of her catalogue will be released onto audio.

Awesome story with great narration
JF Harding and Sarah Puckett perform an amazing audio delivery and narration.
Their duet narration really brings this entire story to life and I definitely enjoyed listening to this than when I read it.
A definite recommend.

Dark, Intense & Smoking Hot! Fantastic🎧📚🎧
Wow this audiobook became my addiction, the story grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it straight to the end. It is the kind of book once you start you need to finish because you have to know what happens next. It is my first book written by Catherine Wiltcher and it is definitely not my last, I enjoyed her writing style and the characters and storylines she created. Eve Miller and Dante Santiago first meet by chance well more like a being in the wrong place at the wrong wrong time, or maybe it was it the right place at the right time. Either way you look at it it was an impressionable meeting for both and not their last. She does not know who she is getting involved with, she does know the Santiagos are evil and she vowed to bring them down. Dante is like a ghost no one knows much about him. Dante sees Eve as an angel sent to him, Eve sees him as a monster, the devil, they are drawn to each other and the chemistry between them is undeniable and diabolically hot. This fabulously dark and delicious mafia romance is intense at times, in addition to the romance there is a power play going on in the Santiago world. The world building is phenomenal and the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, angst, action, twists and turns, thrilling suspense as well as heartfelt and emotional moments, great sexy times too. Catherine Wiltcher, thank you for the great story and emotional rollercoaster ride, I hope the second book comes out on audio soon.
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Sarah Puckett and JF Harding were the perfect cast to bring to these characters and their story to life. They did an awesome job portraying each character, taking each role and making it their own. Sara Puckett played the perfect Eve, captured her strength and feistiness naturally and with ease. JF Harding’s Dante was amazing too, a bad ass alpha to the tee. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the right tone for the story, captured all of the characters emotions, as well as their passion and projected it into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and their narration enhanced the story to another level of awesomeness. Thank you for the amazing listen, it is always a pleasure to listen to your work.

Loved this new to me author
This is the first book I've read/listened to by Catherine Witcher. I will be looking to see what else she has written. This is NOT a standalone,, but the first of a trilogy. My heart never got a rest from all the intense action, the suspense of what would happen next, the twist and turns, and the way Dante and Eve hate/loved each other. My heart is still going ninety to nothing fifteen minutes after finishing the book. The cliffhanger has me hoping the next book will be here soon!
Sarah Puckett and TF Harding are excellent narrators! They had this book rolling like a movie in my head. So much emotion spilled into their performances. This was perfect.

Dark & Sexy
This is the first book in The Santiago Trilogy and boy does it start off with a bang!
Dante is one of the most possessive, obsessive alphas I've ever had the pleasure or reading. As soon as he sets eyes on Eve he claims her - primal without a thought or plan on how he was going to keep her and most importantly who she really is...
Eve is looking for justice against the men of the Santiago Cartel that caused her brother's death. Her whole family including her DEA agent father is trying to bring the Cartel to their knees. But what she doesn't yet realize is she has already brought it's bloody prince to his.
Dante and Eve's passion burn up your earbuds and their mutual obsession will leave a blaze that burns down an entire empire.
This book sizzles and I can't wait to listen to book 2 when it will undoubtedly heat up even more!
