Not a comprehensive Hashimoto information.
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
For starters the narrator rushed through the book way to quickly. It almost felt like a robot is reading it. As for the content, it was not a comprehensive book of all Hashimoto's symptoms. Pretty much the same info one might get from WebMD.
I would've liked to see an itemized symptom list and a particular approach to alleviate each symptom.

Save your money
The book is short and gives a basic run down of what HD is and how it affects people. The recipe portion is in the accompanying PDF area, which was difficult to locate. In the recipe area is where I lost all respect for this book. There’s only three breakfast, three lunch and three dinner options and I think three snack options. These were very underwhelming to boot. Poorly put together book. Save your $16 and go buy a different title.
