Brent Tyman
Alex has made some staggering progress in the fantasy world, with his growth skill continuously expanding his stats to some truly overpowered heights. The more he grinds in the Dungeon, the stronger he becomes, and that also rings true for the three stunning mages with him.
Alex's grind has already paid off as the party not only won a tournament, but bested a dangerous foe that rarely appears on the surface. Now that they have saved Tringall, perhaps it was time for a little rest before continuing with the grind.
Unfortunately, things rarely go as planned.
Authors note: Inspired by light novels, RPGs, and mangas. Contains Isekai, light LitRPG/Gamelit stats, dungeons, magic, and a touch of trope.

And speaking of the next installments - it’s been quite some time since Growth Hero 3 was published; enough that one must wonder if the author is ever going to continue with subsequent releases. How say you, Author Tyman?

I'm still really enjoying the series. I what's a little concerned that it might end up being a trilogy but it looks like this one's got legs and going to go out for a number of more books. I'm usually not a fan of connected universes but I don't feel like I'm really missing anything so far. I am going to go check out his previous three books what does at this point look to be a Trilogy as far as I can tell. The series has been exactly what I was looking for which is something that's a little bit lighter and fun and I recommended. Can't wait for the next installment keep up the good work.
[Audiobook Update]
When it comes to a sequel, I am personally looking for everything that made the last book worth it and then some. In my opinion that is this book. I'm over the moon that this book got the audio treatment. I still have high hopes that the series will continue. The narration team are among my top five all-time favorite narrators. I thoroughly enjoyed their performance in this book. I believe the first time I came across them was their performance in “A Mages Cultivation” series. As I stated in my initial review of this book, Brent Tyman does have another three books up and available on Amazon and Audible which I did get as audio books. The “Light Lordy” series which was silly stupid. Suffice it to say I do recommend it and I'll actually put my review for book 1 below since this is technically a connected universe and in the hopes that more people will be drawn in and as such, I will get more stories in the future from this author. Lastly, I'll just say well done to everybody who had a hand in bringing this story to us, the Audible listeners.
[Light Lordy – Review (edited)]
Right up front before you read any further just know that I recommend this book to anybody thinking about giving it a shot. A little context for my review. I tend to take it easy on the first and last book of any series as not every series makes it to “The End” and the first of anything can be a shaky endeavor. I also try to make clear the distinction between the quality of the writing/performance of the author/narrator and my personal tastes should they differ. I was only recently introduced to this author. The first series that I went through was called “Growth Hero” which currently has three books out with the first being available as an audiobook. It appears to me that there will be more in that series. That series, this one, and “Web of Lands” are all apart of a shared universe. This series, as my title to this review indicates, is stupidly silly. I quite enjoyed it and will continue on. I have enjoyed the narrator for this series in the past and he did, in my opinion, capture perfectly the feel of how this story was written. Personally, it's a little much for me and so, while I do intend to pick up book 2, I'm going to try it as an e-book.
