I have been listening on my travels to and from work. There was so much in his story that I can relate to and have experienced in both mental and physical wellness. I’ve followed him on IG for a while and just started his online training. There’s so much you can take from his journey and this book, even if you’re not a fitness enthusiast. Highly recommend reading this and see what it can do for you ( cold showers👍🏼)!
