About this listen
Pacifism is a rapidly growing weakness in the Body of Christ today. Hardly anything pleases Satan more.
Pacifism systematically weakens the church, culling believers out of the world early and reducing the number of Christians on Earth. Today's churches often have women teaching men, and it's not the women's fault. It's because men are no longer leaders. Men are no longer Godly. Men no longer read Scripture. Men no longer do the job that God ordained them to do.
Nowhere is that lack of leadership more insidious than when a weak, pacifist Christian male says he will step in front of his wife if a rapist and murderer ever tries to attack her and instead of mounting a physical defense, he will quote Bible verses.
The response of a Godly woman to that would be, "I'd rather be defended than be second in line to a murder."
- A Godly man stops violence. An unGodly pacifist prolongs it.
- A Godly man protects his little baby from physical harm. An unGodly pacifist would never lift a finger because it's much easier and safer to be pious than to be a father and risk injury.
- A Godly man knows that self-defense is not violence but it might have to be violent. An unGodly pacifist is never happier than when Bible verses are quoted while the innocent are maimed.
Does "turn the other cheek" mean what the pacifist (and many Pastors today) say it means? Does it mean we are not to lift a finger to stop the innocent from being harmed? What does God really say about self-defense? What did God have to say to Jesus' disciples who were packing weapons? ("Go get a few more.")
Sitting in a nice church building all fat and happy makes it easy to sit back and adopt a touchy-feely, girly, phony Biblical pacifist worldview in males. God has other things to say. There is a spiritual battle going on all around us both in the Heavens and on earth. The entire Bible is a battle manual.
And not just the Old Testament. Much to the amazement of today's "Christian" males, God did not get a lobotomy between the two Testaments. In His character, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Pacifists hate that attribute about Him.
But pacifists hate lots of attributes of God and they despise much of the Bible. They prefer to adopt only the nice and easy verses and only God's safe attributes.
Here you get told the Truth. And it's easy because it's all in that big book called The Bible over on your shelf gathering dust.
- Being a pacifist is at least a sin and at most murder. Because if you stand idly by while an innocent member of your family is murdered, you are an accomplice.
- Many pacifists do spank their children. This is one of those uniquely crazy characteristics of which they have many. They believe it is perfectly fine to use force to correct a two-year-old child but never to correct an unprovoked, brutal attacker who intends to rape and murder their wives, their children, and then them.
- Sin has all kinds of excuses and churches who don't want to act in a just war has the sin of pride because they see themselves as above going to war.
The answers you need to become a real and Godly man once again are here. If you have enough hair on your chest to read it.

Moved by this discovery, in a 10-year span, he read over 400 books on spiritual warfare and counseled hundreds of families under satanic attack, soon emerging as a spiritual warfare expert. After Phil Robertson quoted Scripture in an interview with a national magazine, his hit show, Duck Dynasty, put him on “indefinite hiatus.” Phil immediately knew what had happened: he had become a target of cancel culture. Since that time, Phil has spoken out against public shaming, strategic campaigns to get Bible-believing employees fired, and other tactics that are wreaking havoc in our society. In a deeply divided country, with so many bent on condemning and silencing others, Phil calls for us to carry out the unifying message of Jesus Christ.

Story
In Addicted to Outrage, New York Times best-selling author Glenn Beck addresses how America has become more and more divided - both politically and socially. Americans are now less accepting, less forgiving, and have lost faith in many of the country's signature ideals. They are quick to point a judgmental finger at the opposing party, are unwilling to doubt their own ideologies, and refuse to have any self-awareness whatsoever. Beck states that this current downward spiral will ultimately lead to the destruction of everything America has fought so hard to preserve.

In Atheism Kills, Barak Lurie exposes the horrors of a world without God. Contrary to the mantra we've heard time and time again that religion is responsible for more deaths than anything else, it is in fact the absence of God which has killed - in obscene numbers. Ever since atheism first assumed government control in the French Revolution, it has done nothing but kill. Atheism has killed through its many deputies: progressivism, eugenics, fascism, and communism.

A good book that says what needs to be said!
I liked the commitment of the author. He's a believer in God, Jesus, and why you should stand up to criminals and evil people. Let's face it, there are bad people out there that don't have any feelings for you or others. They would do insurmountable things to get what they want, and that includes killing you for the paper in your wallet, or worst. Standing up to these people is what the bible teaches and is what we must do as a nation to survive.
Would like if he quoted more scripture with identifying chapters in the bible. If you mention scripture, you should always say where that scripture is found in the bible.
However, I liked this short book.

Not for those easily offended.
I really enjoyed this book. I have very similar views on almost all of the topics discussed. I may not state them in such elegant ways but I share them. This book breaks down different parts of the Bible to show that God does in fact want us to protect ourselves. If you like myself have people who oppose your use of force to protect yourself you will enjoy this book because it gives you great Biblical insight to use in your arguments. But be warned if you are easily offended do not read this book.

Quality was as poor as logical reasoning.
The production of the audio book was obviously done solely by the author. Between mispronunciation, general background noise, and occasion stray sounds, you will at least develop a better respect for quality productions.
Beyond the sound quality itself though, this book is rife with monotone enthusiasm, logical fallacies, and numerous descriptions of "baddies" and "drugged up thugs" trying to violate your wife.
I purchased this book on discount at under $2 and recommend not paying any more than that. This book was, for myself, a good chuckle at the fundamentalist right's fears and worries. The book recalls the classic Christian rhetoric of: "'Merica is a Christian nation", complaints of using scripture out of context while relying on the same deceptive tool, and, of course, a frightfully strong hatred for "the liberals".
Lastly, if you do feel compelled to purchase this book for a quick laugh, or to prop up your religious believes, be prepared to stop and jump around. Jumps and pauses were frequently needed, either to skip the author painfully reading every individual letter in a URL, or, so you could stop and make sense of how Point A and Point B arrive as idea Q?

I'm no pacifist but this is horrible.
What disappointed you about God and Guns: Why I Am Not a Pacifist?
I firmly believe every Christian man should carry a firearm and be prepared to use it in defense of his life and the lives of his loved ones. That said, the author both narrates and writes with sheer pomposity. Instead of a book that would help to arm brethren with scriptural and statistical ammunition, the author avoids scriptural backing in favor of presenting his weak version of logic. He assumes every listener is against his position and proceeds to call the listener an idiot over and over again. There is absolutely nothing here that you couldn't hear from a group of drunks shooting beer cans, who have no familiarity with the Bible at all. The author sits with gleeful vainity on his high horse and salivates with pompous excitement as he invites his enemy audience to engage him for a battle of wits, providing every means possible for his prey to contact him. This is pathetic and hard on the ears.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Greg Perry?
Any professional voice talent would be better than the author, who reads with contempt for his audience. The entire work needs to be rewritten anyway, as otherwise it will remain unprofessional and weak in its presentation.
Any additional comments?
The author should never assume the reader or listener is against his position. Instead he should write: what some people believe, I've encountered people who argue, other people have said, there are those who think, etc. He should assume the audience is with his position completely, or is truly open to considering it and present his case with scriptural backing and studies on how gun control does not work. He should argue how his case can be supported from the New Testament alone, and brind to light how Lord Jesus went out as a lamb but will return as a lion (military commander). Quotes from anti-pacifist Christians of a wide variety of denominations would help strengthen the position. The politics of those who argue against him should be avoided, with the goal of capturing as many new people to his position as possible, rather than going on and on about liberals. Insults to the intelligence of those who are against him should be avoided. Historical examples of what has happened to Christians who didn't, or couldn't by law, carry a sword or firearm should be provided at length. Scenarios other than an aggressor coming for the reader's wife should be given, and the appropriate response should be backed up by scripture.
