About this listen
How the hell is Lucas supposed to study for his physics final while he’s out at two a.m. hunting down monsters?
By all appearances, Lucas is just another college freshman making poor life decisions. The initiated, however, will know him as a Pariah, a secret guardian using is his unique magical gifts to protect his fellow man from the wicked beasts lurking in the shadows.
When a deadly new threat arises in his New England city, it’s up to Lucas, his magical mentor Dr. Shaddix, his best friend and fellow monster hunter Creed, and his psycho psychic girlfriend Nicole to put everything on the line to stop it.
No amount of training could ever prepare them for what lies ahead. Will Lucas be able to fill the shoes of a giant and lead the Pariahs? Will they survive? And will the world ever be the same?
The Pariahs: God-Killer is the gripping introduction to an epic roller coaster of a paranormal urban fantasy series. Stick around, you may enjoy the madness.

Enjoyable
Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this audiobook.
Pretty short but enjoyable story. It follows Lucas, a late-teen college freshman as he and his crew of friends try to avenge their mentor and stop a dangerous supernatural enemy. The story is fine for what it is, but it is not very deep and due to its shortness it offers very little in terms of character development,
The narrator does a good job.
