Der zurzeit wegen seiner Bühnenkarriere vom Dienst freigestellte Polizeibeamte war jahrelang in den Berliner Problemkiezen Neukölln und Kreuzberg auf Streife. Seine aberwitzigen Erlebnisse mit den zumeist auch liebenswerten Bewohnern hat Murat Topal in sein Programm eingebaut.
