About this listen

Most of us grow up believing it's more important to fit in than to stand out. But there's something different about you...and it matters.

What if your weirdness was the key to changing everything? What if the outrageous, imaginative, crazy ideas that live inside your wildest dreams are actually there on purpose, divinely preinstalled to help others?

Knowing what makes you weird is the best thing you can offer your art, your business, your friends, your family, and yourself. It's the essence of creativity, the stuff of movements, and the hope for humanity. It's time to quit painting by numbers, conforming to patterns, and checking off boxes. It's time to Get Weird.

This is “be yourself” through a whole new lens that will reach a whole new group of people. It’s not just for “creatives” because, as you’ll learn, that’s all of us.

A new way to remind ourselves who we are.

I was excited to hear this based on a couple reviews I saw & the description of the book, but I couldn’t finish it. I wish the info said it was a religious book. May not be overly religious sounding to anyone who happens to share his beliefs, but this made it impossible for me relate. The moment I’d start to become interested, there would be another reference to his religious beliefs and suddenly I’m back at church feeling shamed for my existence. Not exactly what this queer weirdo with religious trauma wants to have thrown at them at unpredictable times.
If you’re a “weird” (silly, creative) straight white christian, this is for you! If you’re a legit weirdo like me trying to find some place you feel “seen”, this ain’t it.

Randomly Religious
