Great narrators who gave emotions to the authors words, and a HEA.
Dislike: MMC’s cure to heal his aching heart is to be a womanizer and boast about it to FMC and she accepts it without groveling! He chose to leave the FMC and watch her from afar, he was selfish, boasted about his conquests without shame, alpha male, liar.
To be able to do what he did-no sorry he used his life style to continue living/loving his life style.

So I really loved this book, read it twice, but honestly the audio version is a bit rough. I like Troy but listening to CJ as Lily makes me feel Ike I’m listening to a Disney Princess. Inset Cinderella, Snow White or any version of an animated princess. Rough on the male voices, swearing and even worse for the sex scenes. It also made me dislike Lily just a little and she made her seem weak. Like I said I’ve read it twice and always loved Lily and how strong she was. Definitely recommend reading over the audiobook

This book has its ups and downs with emotions. It makes you laugh and makes you cry it makes you wonder ,hell even get you mad ! makes you want to keep on reading what comes next. Had a little bit of everything.

The brought Shane and Lily to life in the most delicious way.

Loved the story line but the female narrator sounded like she was reading a script. Not like she was actually living the story like Andi arnt does.

One of my fave books and series. I also love this audiobook too. So often times a book will be good to read but the audio is terribly done. Not so w Riley’s books. I did sort of picture Lily with a different voice but it wasn’t enough to take away from the book experience at all.
