Informative and Helpful
This book was really good!! I have read many many business books and I feel like this one would be genuinely helpful to any aspiring business owners. Not only does the book provide very good insight into owning your own food truck, but the business advice provided could be helpful for any aspiring entrepreneurs.
I highly recommend this book if you want to start a food truck or you want to know basic methodology for starting your own business that isn’t a food truck.

great general knowledge
finished in a few days. typically have a hard time listening to narrator's but this one used his voice to keep interest.
i will say i feel like more studying needs to be done dont just read this and think you can open a food truck

Starting A Food Truck Business.
This book is very informative. It goes into detail about every aspect of the food truck business. It was very helpful in my decision to open a food truck business of my own. This book goes over everything from how to do a market Analysis to find out what market you should target to getting set up with the right location. The business plan that is laid out in this book is very helpful towards gaining an understanding of how to run set up your new business properly. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in opening a food truck business for themselves.
