Instead of hiding from who I am, I began to see myself as God’s creation, fearfully and wonderfully made.

Christian naturism is not about casting aside modesty or purity; it’s about living in the freedom that Christ offers us, a freedom that allows us to view ourselves and others without shame or lust. It’s a way to honor the body, embrace the beauty of God’s creation, and reclaim the innocence that was lost after the fall. Through it, I’ve learned to see my body in a completely new light—not as something to be hidden or controlled by societal standards, but as a temple of the Holy Spirit, worthy of respect.

In this book, I want to share my journey of finding faith and freedom in the buff. I’ll walk you through the biblical foundation for seeing the body the way God intended, share practical tips for navigating life as a Christian nudist, and explore how living without shame brings us closer to God.
