Very helpful book!
I really liked how this book was realistic and gives you tools you can easily use to help you each day. I also like how it talked about diet a little and how that affects your thoughts/mood as well. Also the Narrator was great! She has a perfect voice for reading and for the topic. I enjoyed it very much & I would def would recommend to anyone looking to overcome anxiety. 🙏
