About this listen

Are you tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and living life on everyone else’s terms? Then it’s time to embrace F*ck Yes, F*ck No: The No F*cks Given Guide to Saying No, Setting Boundaries, and Living Life on Your Terms. This is not your typical self-help book; it’s a brutally honest, sarcastic, and unapologetically bold guide to cutting out the noise and focusing on what really matters—you.

This book isn’t for the faint-hearted. If you’re ready to stop giving a damn about what everyone else thinks, set boundaries that actually stick, and finally start living a life that feels right for you, then grab a coffee (or something stronger), settle in, and prepare for a wake-up call. Packed with real talk, tough love, and a healthy dose of sarcasm, this audiobook will help you learn the life-changing art of saying no without guilt, building confidence, and putting yourself first—for once.

Perfect for anyone who:

  • Is tired of bending over backward to make everyone else happy
  • Wants to learn the power of saying no, whether it’s to their boss, nosy relatives, or pushy friends
  • Needs to set boundaries without second-guessing or explaining themselves to everyone and their grandma

Looking for the perfect holiday, Christmas, or birthday gift for your sister, brother, friend, or even yourself? Look no further. This book is a game-changer for anyone who needs to get serious about living life on their own terms. Whether it's for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or just because, F*ck Yes, F*ck No: The No F*cks Given Guide to Saying No, Setting Boundaries, and Living Life on Your Terms is the perfect kick in the pants for anyone who’s ready to stop wasting time and start living authentically.

So, if you’re ready to turn “I should…” into “I will…” (or “I absolutely will not!”), then download this guide and prepare for a life overhaul. No B.S., no fluff—just tools you need to reclaim your time, energy, and peace of mind.

Easy listening and some great advice

The title alone made this something I wanted to explore. It’s a short book with some insightful advice on how to put your own life first rather than everyone else’s. It’s pretty common sense, but hearing it gives you permission to do it! David Hill’s performance was smooth, casual, and felt like getting advice from a close friend. Who doesn’t need help giving less f***s?
