About this listen
I call myself an author because I’ve had both 'physical' and electronic books published and made modest sums of money.
I’ve sold cartoons and published a cartoon book ('The All Year Round Stocking Filler'). My first published book (‘The Straightforward Guide to the Two Minute Message’) came to market via a registered publisher. All my other books have been self-published (in both printed and electronic format) via Amazon and other agencies.
In this book I tell my story. I explain my purpose, my methods and the various routes to market I explored. You will discover the things I learned during my publishing journey (both good and not so good).
Unlike J.K.Rowling and Jeffrey Archer, I’m completely unknown to the millions of buyers out there, Despite that, I‘ve produced the goods and gained more in terms of satisfaction than by a growing bank balance. I’ve learned approaches that, whilst costing me time, didn’t cost large sums of money.
Will I you read about things you already know? Possibly, but I'd bet you'd learn something new and useful.
