Redo audio from chapter 5

🎯 on point
This book explains diligent information towards trauma and gives advice on how to overcome.
I really feel in regards to certain issues, a shaman should be recommended to assist with the healing process from deep rooted issues as a modality instead of the type of therapy the book suggested. There should be spiritual guidance included since that is also an option for trauma purges/purgations + catharsis.
The lady that narrated the book seemed winded, I heard coughing, repetitive sentences and the pauses for the next chapter were toooooo long.
Good book though!.

Horrible recording
Worst audio experience. The narrator keeps stumbling over her words and re reads sections multiple times over again until she says it without any mistakes. She clears her voice. Gulps water loudly. Long stretches of silence. No editing was done on this audio.
I like the content of the book. But had I known this was the audio I was paying for I would not have used a credit on it. It’s so hard to follow along with all the mess ups and repeating.
