Different and powerful diet approach
I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I've tried just about every diet there is, without much luck. I was very curious to listen to this approach. What I discovered was a powerful and unique approach to diet that I've never tried. I am just a couple days in, and I've already noticed positive results. I have more energy and less joint pain. I can't wait to start seeing substantial improvements. This book is a life changer!

Very informational guide, Perfect for Beginners

Good book!
It is a good book explaining inflammation and anti-inflammatory diet and how it impacts our health.
The recipes uses ingredients that can be found at any house so I can always make one without buying "expensive" ingredients.
I also like how thoughtful the author is by including information about different dietary restrictions such as vegan and nuts free. The chapter about sustaining the eating plan for the long term is helpful especially the one about "seasonal eating".

Simple and surprisingly doable
I picked this up for a mix of curiosity and desperation. Chronic fatigue and joint pain had been making life miserable. I wasn’t expecting much, but this one is actually manageable. The meals are simple not loaded with expensive weird ingredients and don’t take forever to make. I’ve only been following it loosely for a couple weeks but I feel less bloated and a little more energized.

An excellent book that discusses inflammation!
This book was very well written and discusses the impact of inflammation on your health and ways to avoid it. In this day and age where everything is fast paced including our food, it's important to take a step back and get back to whole unprocessed foods. This book would make an excellent gift for young adults starting their lives on their own. A guide as to how to eat correctly and how to set up a kitchen to enjoy cooking. I would highly recommend this book to take back your health!

Simple recipes and relief
I listened to this audiobook while nursing a sore back and a tight budget, hoping for something practical and I thought it was good. The recipes were quick, tasty, and light. I loved how it breaks down what to avoid and also considers affordable options. The social event tips are great but I thought there could have been a little more variety. That said, if you’re new to healthy eating or just tired of feeling blah, this is a solid pick.
