About this listen

I have been Love Bombed, Baited, Nagged, Tricked, Traumatized, Bullied, Unloved, Ignored, Given the Silent Treatment, Manipulated, Told to Stop Living in the Past, Called a Crybaby, Abandoned, Misunderstood, Hurt, Lied to, Abused, Gaslit, Attacked, Unsupported, Teased, Singled out, Made to be a Scapegoat, Passive Aggressively Interacted with, and Called a Liar. But that’s life when you’re the child of Narcissists and under NARC Attack.

But know this, I’m a survivor. So, this book is my guide of sorts on how best to navigate life when you cross paths with a Narcissist. Prepare yourself for a trip filled with angst along with ways to process that angst.

I’m also going to share a revelation with you – the nearly lifelong anger I’ve felt over my upbringing is coming from the deepest part of me, which knows that my childhood abuses were just as unacceptable then as they are now. And because I have the guts to share my stories, perhaps I’ll give you, my reader, the courage and strength to find your way through NARC Attack and beyond, where all kinds of wonderful, love-filled possibilities exist.

PRAISE FOR DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE OF NARCISSISM:

“Natalie has a gift. She has turned a rotten childhood and highly unfortunate end to a beautiful marriage into poetry. It's selfish of me to say this, but her sharing her story has given me a comforting feeling. I can relate to so much of her growing up years with my parents. There's just something so comforting in knowing that I wasn't the only one experiencing a dark childhood while everyone else around me seemed to be so fortunate with a loving family. You would think that after having lived that as a child, that Natalie would catch a break but no, it gets worse. She had the most beautiful love story and had so much to look forward to, then it was snatched away from her in a split second. She never gave up on life though. Years later she has opened herself up and written about her life. Not only has she done that, but she has processed it and has given insight on what it is like living in a home filled with narcissism. I wish I had known her when we were growing up. I cannot sing her praises loud enough. I promise you she will touch your soul when you read her work.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Down the Rabbit Hole of Narcissism is Natalie Mosley Klenotic's third book. She is a United States Navy widow and a #1 Bestselling Author. She has been featured on the front page of The Greenfield Daily Reporter, as well as featured for her charitable donations of Daddy’s Not Gone, her first children’s picture book about helping children heal after the death of a parent. She is a public speaker, who discusses the paranormal (communicating with the dead) as well as the childhood abuse she suffered and survived (living with Narcissistic parents). She has been featured on multiple podcasts.
To write Down the Rabbit Hole of Narcissism, she dove back into her abusive childhood and widowhood . Her wherewithal assisted her during her traumas, puzzling some, while inspiring others. With this third book, she has finally decided to share her innate ability to thrive.

She is the scapegoat for her Narcissistic parents, due to her authentic telling of surviving their physical, mental, and emotional abuse. Being a cycle breaker is not for the weak. Scapegoats are often vilified, as Natalie has been. But she is a beautiful example of tenacity, using her whole heart to break generational cycles.

She is a married mother of three and grandmother of two, who enjoys rehabbing Mid Century lamps and Heywood Wakefield furniture. She spends her free time in vintage stores, playing with her grandchildren, and writing. Connect with her at www (dot) nataliemosleyklenotic (dot) com
