About this listen
Bernhard is on the run and on the desperate edge to find out what has happened to his friend, Louis, and his daughter, Fabienne. He is determined to find out why Edmund Hoffman wanted to destroy him and those he loved. Why did he and his sister, Gerturd, plot their revenge? How did Louis Heilbroner’s family change their lives? This is a life that started with such promise, with love and happiness, but soon turned into hatred. Will Bernhard find the truth only to be struck down with heartache? This story will shape the reasons why Hoffman and Gerturd turned into little devils.

The Resistance and Revenge
The Devil's Teufel is a well written book about one of the most horrific times in the history of the world when the Nazi's wanted to take over the world. The storyline was in depth rather it was good or bad and the characters were believable and relatable. I received this book for free upon my request and I am voluntarily leaving this honest unbiased review of my own volition.

Amazing story
An incredible detail oriented story with themes such as family, persecution and the vicious circle of vengeance. It is amazing to see things come full circle.

Just As Powerful And Poignant
I really liked the previous book when I listened to it and this one was indeed no exception. Not only was the narration very well done and writing just as authentic as the predecessor, but the most interesting thing is that this is a sequel that follows up by telling the story through the perspective of the main character's father. It really adds an extra dimension to what was previously laid out. This book was just as powerful and just as poignant. Recommended.
