Background Noise

The background noises, sound effects, etc. were annoying. They were loud and obnoxious. After every new topic change or new paragraph or whatever, there were all these crazy sounds - absolutely useless.

Annoying sound effects

I'm learning German by listening to German audio. I find listening to random instruments, animal sounds, etc for 45 seconds of every 5 min chapter a massive annoyance.
