Married with a 3.5 year old son and have never felt so relaxed in my entire life. As a sufferer of anxiety, this audio helped me relax and stay connected to today and the now, not letting yesterday and the worries creep back into my mind, causing more negativity. This was an amazing experience.

A guided meditation
It is a fine meditation to help you easily fall asleep. Sometimes I have to set a timer and play it on repeat, though. However, I have sleep troubles.
