A Lifeline for Caregivers
This audiobook felt like a warm hug during one of the most challenging times in my life. As someone caring for a parent with dementia, I found the heartfelt letters incredibly relatable and comforting. The practical advice—tailored to different types of dementia—helped me tackle tough days with more confidence. What stood out most was the emphasis on self-care, which often gets lost in the chaos.

Thank you to the author
This book is so beautifully curated - stories of love and sacrifice - humor in the hardest situations. I believe everyone should read tis book - not just care givers - it has given me a completely new understanding of the sacrifices people make and how important support for the care givers is. This book is a reminder that we are connected as humans and shows what really matters in life. I am so impressed - I have not read a book like this for many many years - Highly recommended.

Raw, Real, Shocking, Empowering
This is a book for caregivers. You see although care giving may sound gentle it can be super challenging. If you have found yourself in the position where suddenly your parent changes because of Dementia or something and you are not sure how to deal with it, this book is for you. You will find comfort in knowing you are not alone. I was shocked by some things I heard and it made me super grateful for those who took care of my dad when he hit 90. This book demonstrates that caregivers face and overcome huge challenges and are heros when they do it right.
