The narrator is very good: very clear and easy to listen to and well-paced. The real use of this information, in my opinion, should be for defence. To have awareness so that you don't fall prey to a narcissist or someone with poor intentions. I don't like Hypnosis and NLP being tied up in the same category as 'dark psychology' as these simply reflect how the brain works and should be tools used for positive change and not bandied around as 'manipulation'. However, the audiobook is interesting and worth a listen.
