This audiobook hit different. I got it hoping my kid would actually listen and it worked. The narrator has this calm vibe that doesn’t feel fake, and the way emotions are explained just made sense to her. It’s clear but not preachy. She’s been using the techniques without me even pushing. Honestly, I picked up a few tricks too. A couple parts felt a bit slow, but maybe that gave it time to land. If your teen is shut down or overwhelmed, this might just crack the door open.
