Success at last
After trying and failing with several other beginner guides to learn to crochet I finally succeeded with this book. It really is the best true beginners guide. It has clear stitch by stitch, step by step diagrams and instructions.

Good teaching book
I've been wanting to learn to crochet for donkey's years and this book is really helpful with clear instructions and photos to guide me. I'm still in the very early stages and all fingers and thumbs but feel more confident with this book in front of me.

Good first time brochure book
I bought this as a complete beginner to crocheting. The book is good to learn about the different basic stitches for sure. But I will admit I ended up using YouTube for extra explanations and such at times. But it is a nice reference to go back to quickly if you forget little things.
