Helpful therapy options for teens
This is a very comprehensive audiobook that discusses the various issues that teens have with their everyday lives and the CBT method of therapy. I wish I had this information when I was a teenager. I plan to share this with my 18-year-old stepson, and I'll keep it in my library for when my younger children reach their teenage years.

Great for the whole family!
This book was very well done. As I began listening to it I quickly identified that my son, who syffers from anxiousness would benefit greatly from it. So I had him listen with me and take notes. Once the book ended I asked him if he saw the benefits of journaling and talking through his emotions. He mentioned that he often feels anxiety in social situations and at times does not feel good enough. The conversations through this will continue.
I would definitely recommend this for young men and women from every walk of life.
