I gave this one a solid 5 stars, and here’s why:
1. Preston helps you understand the why conflict occurs without complex business lingo and reframes the perspective from our natural tendency for conflict avoidance to seeing the opportunity for growth and improved teamwork that conflict can provide.
2. Special issues such as remote office teams, cultural differences, and challenging personalities are all addressed.
3. Narration is excellent, with complexities clearly explained, and great strategic tools introduced such as how to handle mediation processes.
While the audiobook can have some repetitive themes, overall this resource can be effectively use as a great quick reference quide for challenging situations. You will find great real life examples, and interactive scenarios to help develop your employees and work teams to become solid productive players in any industry.
If you're in management, or hopingto be, this is a must-read (or must-listen). It’s about developing highly emotionally intelligen work teams adapted to any situation. Five stars well earned.
