Calm your inflammation and preventing inflammation
This was a great book. So good that I down loaded the pdf that comes with it. The Author did a god job of laying out a foundation. 28 day meal plan inspired me to write one so I can plan meals better and not back slide back into old habits

Better Health
This audiobook has a lot to offer in area of body inflammation. Plenty of foods to consume are offered with the clear understanding of the benefit each have for your body. I learned that consuming fruits, ,vegetable, nuts legumes and drinking water, help prevent inflammation. Not I understand the positive effects of consuming them, I'll be more intentional as to what I eat. I also sadly learned that most comfort foods cause inflammation. One of my favorite section of the book was the 28 meal plan offered. I found the attached PDF useful; the visuals provided facilitate my learning style and implementation of it. The section I also found interesting was the one on healthy snacks and the snacks to specifically combine during specific meal times.
