Great guide to help release the calm

There was so many techniques and tips in this book to help you breathe and relax and restore the calm. Rather than go off the handle this book teaches you to look the other way and keep the calm. I’ve already used these techniques in dealing with difficult situations and conversations. I would recommend this to anyone needing to restore the calm in their life

Great book for preparation

in a time of pero menopause everything is upside down, this book comes handy to teach how calmness help to gain control and overcome this critical phase. strategies from journaling, breathing, exercise from yoga, salsa to Zumba are great to help bring strength and calmness and help your mind to focus on other activities and reduce the effect of perimonopause. Excellent advise to prepare and get ready onto this phase. Great learning.

Finally Someone Understands!

As women, perimenopause can wreak havoc on our lives when we are often overwhelmed by simply being. Work and family responsibilities can suck the life out of you when this phase of your life hits.

The author speaks the truth about Superwoman Syndrome and how to release the pressure of perfection by setting loving boundaries and realistic expectations. She presents guilt-free ways to prioritize "me time" and suggests specific time-saving strategies that allow you free time without sacrificing what matters to you.

I found this book very helpful and would recommend it to anyone in their mid-30s who might be battling her way through this "change in life" time. By being aware of what is happening to your body, you are better prepared for the changes that will come your way during your 30s and 40s. By acknowledging these changes are real, you can anticipate future challenges and make meaningful adjustments to your day/week/month.

This is an enjoyable audiobook that the writer and narrator both make it a keeper. And it is the type of audiobook that you could share with your grown daughters when they face the perimenopause challenge.

I highly recommend!

This is a wonderful audiobook to empower women over 35 years of age. Understanding how hormones work is of the utmost importance. Trying to understand stress? This book will lead the charge! The connection between gut health and stress was thorough. Actionable steps to gut health were good. Put tangled thoughts on paper, great advice that worked. Restlessness management techniques useful. Daily meditation emphasis got my attention. Incorporate inspiration into daily life, it is all around us....so true and so easy to forget.
