In my youth, I never thought I could own any property, let alone more than one. When I started my real estate business, I had no idea what to do or where to begin. I didn’t even know there were so many paths to consider. I wish I had someone guided me through the beginning stages of learning how to get into real estate. Years later, I’m happy to provide the shortcuts I wish I had known to get started. Now I’m making the income I never thought I could, and I’m now financially free to work when and how I want. The only regret I’ve ever had is wishing I had started sooner.

Void of Good Information
What disappointed you about Buy Your First Home?
I found this book to be void of any good advice, or if it does contain good advice is it buried under mountains of drivel. This book may be a good choice if someone has literally zero knowledge of home buying, but if one has even a basic understanding of the home buying process and wants to truly understand the details this book is not for you.
Have you listened to any of Suzan Lynn Lorraine’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
The narrator has a good voice and reading skills, and is not the problem with this book.
What character would you cut from Buy Your First Home?

So incredibly difficult to get through!
This book is painful. It's biased and one sided and offers opinions on lifestyle rather than what you actually need to know to buy an effing house!!! I'm not even half way through and my ears are bleeding. It's more of a lifestyle book rather than buying a damn home. It's repetitive and judgmental. It doesn't offer any real insight into the home buying process. It repeats and repeats on having garage sales not going over your credit limit and creating vision boards!!! Do not read/ listen to if you are interested in actually buying a home. I swear each chapter says the same thing over and over. I'm dying.
