About this listen

The beloved fantasy romance sensation by New York Times bestselling author TJ Klune, about love, loyalty, betrayal, and joy. The Bennett family has a secret: They're not just a family, they're a pack. Brothersong is Carter Bennett's story.

In the ruins of Caswell, Maine, Carter Bennett learned the truth of what had been right in front of him the entire time. And then it—he—was gone. Desperate for answers, Carter takes to the road, leaving family and the safety of his pack behind, all in the name of a man he only knows as a feral wolf. But therein lies the danger: wolves are pack animals, and the longer Carter is on his own, the more his mind slips toward the endless void of Omega insanity. But he pushes on, following the trail left by Gavin.

Gavin, the son of Robert Livingstone. The half-brother of Gordo Livingstone.

What Carter finds will change the course of the wolves forever. Because Gavin’s history with the Bennett pack goes back further than anyone knows, a secret kept hidden by Carter’s father, Thomas Bennett. And with this knowledge comes a price: the sins of the fathers now rest upon the shoulders of their sons.

My favorite out of the entire series. I was completely engrossed the entire time! I feel that all the plot holes got filled without it being too crazy.

I have seen so many recommendations for this series by T.J. Kune and I Finally listened to the audiobooks. I'm sure reading them is great but listening to Kirk Graves was amazing, I really enjoyed all the voices that he could do. These books made me laugh, cry, and yell. I had so many emotions going on. This is the first time I have read anything by the author, it definitely won't be the last!

Superb series!

I picked up this series on a whim; I had just finished Mark of Amulii and I was craving more gay werewolf books. Thanks to google, I was able to scratch that itch that I was craving. The entire series is wonderful, each book in the perspective of another character as they handle the situations they have at hand. I highly recommend this series; if you want a story about bonds between characters, family, love, and of course werewolves, this is a great read!

A Story of Pack and Pack and Pack

I loved reading this series from "Wolfsong" all the way to "Brothersong." There were times when I cried and laughed and felt my heart breaking. The amount of love and creativity that was put into this series was mind-blowing. The perfect ending to a perfect story.

Best series I have read in years!

In this poignant conclusion to the series, the narrative reaches its emotional zenith, offering readers an unparalleled literary experience. The intricate and compelling narrative weaves a tapestry of intense drama, drawing readers into a world of profound connection and high-stakes survival. As the characters face their most formidable challenges, their bonds of friendship and loyalty are tested, creating a deeply moving exploration of human resilience and solidarity in the face of overwhelming adversity. The author masterfully crafts a gripping tale that transcends mere storytelling, transforming the reading experience into an immersive journey of emotional depth and transformative power.

I was not even slightly ready to have my heart ripped out and I enjoyed every minute. I am sad to leave the Bennet family for now. But I definitely feel like Green creek will be a place I visit over and over again.

I was not prepared

But I think Connor and Gavin are my most favorite. jk I love them all and could literally never choose.

Carter is everything. He is Hilarious. He is smart and heart strong. He is fierce with his love for his pack.
In all the previous books he shows this carefree side of himself and smiles and laughs and pokes fun at everyone.

In this book, he has finally found his person, even though he is struggling to label it, so when its taken away from him we see this devastated, vulnerable side of him that I did not expect to see. We get to see his regrets, his self perceived mistakes and miss steps. We get to see what his carefree side covered and hide in the depths of his soul.

ohhh, and beautiful, stunning Gavin.

I knew this book would rock my soul and shatter my heart, then drag me on a journey of discover and it did not disappoint. Even days later im still thinking of this book and carter.

Gavin is also adorable and funny BTW haha.

I dont have Favorites...

Okay sooo alot happened... ALOT and I'm okay with that. At the beginning I cried alot because poor Carter & Gavun, like their slip into madness was intense.
Yes a big battle happened, yes a shocking sacrifice was made but.... hmmm...
What really gut punched me! Was the very last chapter (not the ending credits of course but the actual last chapter in the story)
Not only did it knock the breathe out of me with the "Letter" but for the whole series to come full circle and wrap back around to a character at the very beginning of the story being the last voice you heard before the books wrapped up was perfection! It will take me some time to recover from this series because again, that last chapter tripped me up in the worst kinda way emotionally. That beginning said I wouldn't change it for the world!
So in the words of the Bennett Pack themselves!

"May our song always be heard"
