A great book!
This is an audiobook full of information that gives you a different perspective on habits, it's a great help to understand the mental dynamics, how habits are installed and how to change them. understanding it from a scientific point of view is fundamental to then find the exit route and put it into practice. It is a well structured book that above all helps you to know yourself better, increases your motivation and provides you with the strategies you need to break your old habits and install new ones for good. I highly recommend it!

Excellent for beginners
If you are new to the Habit topic, it is an excellent start!!
If you have more experience, likely, you will only discover a few new things. However, it is an excellent summary of concepts and tips.

A kick in the butt, in a good way
I don't think I would have even downloaded this book if I didn't have a few challenges I wanted to overcome. And now I have a ton of things to try. I feel really confident that the skills and ideas in this book will really be impactful.

Transform Your Habits for Good
If you have struggled to create change in your life and quickly fall back into old habits, I highly recommend this book. The strategies are very easy to apply and help lay out the steps for how to rewire your brain to create and sustain success. Within just a short period of implementing a few of the techniques, I can already feel my behavior changing in positive ways.
